hm so why is it called exact rather that just saying nothing? SSP exact means something different to me than minimum SSP. I get its what the breeder picked up but still, a little confusing in terms.
It means that mares that are PSS for example can't breed to him because they need to be *at least* exactly SSP. Anything higher than SSP can still breed to him
