| Well, can't tell you anything about the abortion part because I don't know if abortions are legal where she lives. As for him not being able to see his kid, probably depends on if he and their mother are/were married? In that case it would be a matter of custody in the court I think. But you mentioned two women, so if this is a cheating situation then, well... The mother of the kid might understandably want her family to have nothing to do with him anymore |

| Guys, dumb question. My one friend has two baby mommas. Their first one refuses to let them see their son,and her parents have the baby, and baby momma 1 won't budge. The second baby momma is currently pregnant, wanting to go to her ex. Howver, she wants to terminate the baby, but my friend wants their baby. Can she legally terminate that baby, and what can my friend do, to get their kids back? |
