@Grape Oooh yeah, and sometimes not even a friend, its family, alot of restaurant managers only hire their family members from what I've seen from working in three restaurants and two extremely short term jobs in fast food, its especially bad in fast food lol
Went to two separate interviews for the same job before they told me they weren't interested in hiring, only reason I got the job I have is I had family already working there who put in a good word for me and the job had a mass quitting situation
