Boulder.. maybe it isn't that they "failed" maybe it was just that people were busy with holidays and travels.. you do a great job with both and I don't think you need to change a thing.
@Darkwood I run the PPP, which unfortunately doesn't have enough entries to run four of the six classes for the month - which probably means there won't be a show - which I'm incredibly upset by.
The other is an art contest where people enter racehorses - and there's not enough entries to run it.
Trying to figure out what to do (to cancel or not), and having two fail for the month, and personal things happening - just very down the past couple of days

Kas... if your horse has a star besides it's name go into the same place where you enter special shows and it should say qualifier show and click that.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

You can hire a rider. They will be automatically assigned to your horse. Be sure to visit the Rider's Lounge and pay them.
Set Breeding Requirements for your horse. Enter the minimum rating allowable for breeding. When breeding, Any combo of the entered values and higher will be accepted. Leave blank to set to None.
Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
