Goldfish deserve licenses too people are dicks to them |

Mmm... Licensing to *own* may be a step too far. Birds, all birds, are considered exotic. But it's a WILD spectrum. Finches? Feed once a week, change papers, otherwise you can ignore. Macaws? 100% of your attention, daily. *Nobody* is going to go through a license just to get a finch, and then there's a problem there. |

I think any exotics should require a license, personally. If you're handling a life, even though it's not a human one, you should know how to care for it properly and have proof of that knowledge. |

Green Oh, I feel you! I had a corn snake that got me a few times. Did it hurt? No. But it reminded me that even harmless creatures still deserve respect and require vigilance when being handled. |
Stormsong Manor |
I'm very car dumb and was able to be manipulated into it somehow. They worked great but were four times the price lol |

Puck, that reminds me of the time I brought my car in for an inspection and new wipers and I accidentally had them put on factory specific Mazda blades, and my husband was so mad that he drove my car back over to the shop to have them remove the wipers. |
Versailles |
Lo, It is sad. I got to work with two of the sweet ones- though one was crazy skittish more than anything. DD, I think it's awful, personally. I swear some "breeders" just see animals as free money... |

I'd like to see any sort of exotic ownership (besides the common ones, really) needing some sort of license. if only to try and curb pet trafficking and to make sure people know how to properly care for them. there's so many exotics that just can't be cared for by regular people |
