| Talking about sleep, I realized the other day why I haven't been able to sleep for the past week. My ADHD/OCD sensory issues decided the pillow I sleep with between my knees (and have used no issue for over a year) is the most scratchy horrible feeling ever. So I had to get up on the middle of the night and put a soft pillow case on it. .-. Problem solved. We love sensory issues |

| Cove do they give you anything to help? I'll be honest, I take hydroxyzine ( hope that's spelled right) It helps somewhat. |
