I am feeling frustrated with art right now. It comes and goes. I don't know how to keep pumping out drawings consistently. I can draw once every other month and it usually is great. However if I try to do more than that I can't keep it consistent. I do traditional. Any tips? Edited at July 21, 2023 05:43 PM by E.T. Eventing

dont push yourself! if you can only do that do it! work on being able to do it frequently by gradually decreasing the time. take breaks while you are creating so you dont ge tso frustrated

Go with your creative flow. You aren't a machine, so you can't 'pump out' art. Don't even try.

This is a late response I know, but I just wanted to say that art is supposed to be fun. Art is supposed to be something you enjoy, so when you pressure yourself it makes you want to do it even less. I know art block sucks, and it can be frustrating when you want to create more so you can improve your skills, but you don't have the motivation for it. But seeing art as something to be enjoyed and not something that you 'need' to do, makes the process more enjoyable and by default, gives you more inspiration
