I have only been diagnosed with POTS for about 6 months after a brain injury and sinus infection. I can hardly make it through a school day and i've had to take a long break from riding. I feel like the school doesnt really care because it quote unquote "Hasnt affected my grades" (it has) and all the Drs visits are long and annoying.I am on blood pressure neds to raise my Blood preasure and I take sodium. Its like I dont even know my body anymore. I'm trying to find ways to help me but I only feel a bit better than before. If any other people who have pots have suggestions they are totally welcome.
