Chierism is in fact a genetic defect that could affect him. Due to the fact he has two different sets of DNA he is not allowed to reproduce as it will ruin the hard work put into the Hancock bloodline. And if he needs any type of transplant like blood or something, they would not be able togive it to him due to the risks of overwhelming his nervous system. Although it may seem like not a big deal on HEE, in reality it is much bigger than that.
He's a gelding, so he can't reproduce anyway. Even if he was a stallion, it still wouldn't matter because the only genetics that would be passed on is the genetics that his sperm carries.
To be honest, I heavily doubt the statement about him not being able to need a blood transfusion. They would just need to insure they have the correct blood type.
You may believe what you want, I'm not stopping you but I'm going off what my vet told me

...I'm not really sure what you're talking about.
Dunbar's Gold is a pretty famous chimeric AQHA stallion that has had many foals. He's definitely been allowed to breed. Horses with the chimeric mutation might have issues with infertility, depending on if the twins that fused were male and female, instead of both female or both male, but otherwise I've been unable to find any documented health complications associated with it. It's a cool party trick, to say that your horse is a chimera, but it's really not a big deal otherwise.

Is that sweat or some marking on his right shoulder?

Look, I made this forum for people to show off their animals with unique features. I would apreciate that if you don't have an animal to show off, you don't criticize others. I was told by the breeders we got him from not to breed him if he had any genetic mutation.
