What does everyone do with your trailer Mats between uses? I know you're supposed to let the floor air out, but the mats are such a pain to move. Does anyone have any tricks or know if anything that works good?

I.... leave mine in. They only come out very rarely if I'm doing a deep clean. Whoops. Most people I know don't bother removing mats from their trailers between uses either. There are mat handles you can buy in order to move them. They're clamps, they latch onto the mat so you can pull them out. Makes it a lot easier to handle

We leave ours in but soap&scrub everytime if a horse pees. Poop is fine but the acid in the pee will wear not only the mats down but also the aluminum floor. We also never use shaving unless it's a long 5+ hour haul or we are moving babies.

My trailer has a wood floor, so we tend to roll or lift the mats so they can dry out, I don't use shavings either
