To APA’s 1st Annual…

As some of you may recall, we had APA’s First Annual “Brood Wars” in 2023. Well now we are shaking things up a bit and introducing a very similar contest this year.

APA’s Ex-STRAW-vaganza will span the course of 3 months. Each month, participating members will receive 1 straw from a PONLB stallion. You must use this straw to breed the BEST PON you can! Scoring will be like so:

P - 3 points
E - 4 points
W - 5 points
Paint gene - 1 point per gene
PATN gene(s) - 2 points*
Lp gene - 3 points
PON - 5 points (SHs will not get these points)

*Please note: You do not need to gene test your foal. I will be able to tell if there is a PATN.

You will have 3 game years to try and breed the best foal you can with the straw you are given that year:

This will end on October 6th. After that, scores will be added up and prizes will be sent out.

Now… onto the fun stuff… the PRIZES!

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place of each month will receive a prize along with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Overall.

The only rules are:
1) The straws will be free and you must use them on the game year they are given to you. Straw hoarding will result in disqualification.
2) You must rate your foal and send me a link. After I respond, you may FR your foal or do as your please with it. (Please note that I will want all PPPs free-ranged AFTER you contact me. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and inability to breed any of my horses in the future)
3) You can only breed 1 foal per stallion. If I see you breeding multiple foals from the stallion to try to get a better rated foal, you will be disqualified.
4) You must breed your foal by the 5th of the month. That is the deadline for entires. After the 5th, you CAN continue buying straws and using live covers.
