I finally figured out the smudge brush, I used to use Blur because in Dutch the smudge brush is called Wet Finger so it never came up in my mind to use that xD

This, but the movement worries me with Voltage, if you can afford a glass then I would go voltage with Mv, but then again I am also not an expert XD

I would certainly pick Cold War over Voltage. Volt is too weak in Mv and Scp to be a good match. Cold War matches her very well. She's strong where's he's weakest. Volt is weak where she is weak. For sure, I would use Cold War.

Cold War would be the better choice between those two, but I still wouldn't make that match. He's weakest in heart and she is not strong in it. I think at best you'll get an EPP from the cross.
