I was using the horse search to see some dark chestnut horses, and this is the first one that comes up. Isn't Agouti supposed to be recessive? Or am I missing something? The second one I looked at farther down was ee aa Edit: (See link in post below) Ok im confused now. I though Agouti was a dominant trait, so the recessive gene for it would be aa? This is not a bug - the changes apply for any horses born after Sep 11th as it is mentioned in the News: Black Chestnut will have (starting now) the requirement of being genetically recessive for Agouti. As well as being randomly chosen for a Chestnut horse. Dark Chestnut will not be aa.
