I think WWW with W bravery is a pretty tough nut because you can try to help the AD bravery community, but still wouldn't want just any bravery horse with crappy AD ratings to breed with it either.

I'm doing a complete stable restart for the hell of it. I'd like to swap to a breed/color/pattern combo that's rare and harder to get, e.g., frame RIDs. Are there any others like this?

As someone who has an account for each breed, these are some color/breed combos that I've found are hard to find or breed for:

X's in practically any color (color genes other than Ccr, To, Z, & prl are extremely hard to find in nice ratings)
Frame, rabicano, splash AA
Rabicano, frame WB
Grey, rabicano TB
Splash, rabicano, frame RID
