the foals are showing up on the horses page as younger version of what they should be when I pull up the stallion.

I'm not sure what you mean, they're all properly pictured for me, their 3yo and up offspring have adult images

the foals are all looking correct to me, too.

Do you have a screenshot of what you mean and how they show up for you?

Maybe go and clear cache and cookies on your device?

This one shows right to me - as a 4yo he is showing the correct adult image.
