Hello! I ended up paying my accountant before I got the quest to do it, am i stuck with the quest until the next game year or is there a way to bypass?

I wish the game would recognize that the accountant has already been paid and hold off until the next game year. I like doing quests, and I've got this one clogging one of my three available quests until RO.
