Me again,
I'm having trouble with my mares. I cant get the breed approved yet since I can only do one per open day so I'm having trouble establishing a good herd. Is there anyway to sort of tell based on training?
I have one mare that is ba tested and she rated super for everything but her stats seem low.

My other mares that aren't ba I show in a random class every day and have better looking stats.

Is there a reason for that? The mares I like and the ones who appear to be better horses aren't matching. Either they are pretty and poor or they are bland but athletic.
Should I wait and have them tested before I cull them or should I get rid of the ones that aren't as pretty to see if I have better luck.
Also how do you get new barns and how much do they cost? These hard choices would be easier if I had extra space. Some of these mares have had some shows put in then and I dont want to waste that

Was GlitterandGold your first horse? I think the first horse you get at the start is always SSS and starts with two bars. Wild horses start with three bars in each stat. Depending on their rating they need more or less training until their training begins to show in their stats. A horse with an E or P in their rating will gain bars every 4-5 weeks. So if your PONs haven gained a bar in their stats after let's say 6 week they're very likely to be poorly rated (Average or lower). You need to train your horses in all disciplines for that, as horses trained in single disciplines train differently. There are a few good guides on that too. Note however that this is just a very general way of guessing whether a horse is very poorly rated or decently. It just gives you an overview of which horse might be worth testing or which one can't be expected to have a good rating.
I personally don't breed for color so I can't give you advice on that. In general: if you think the horse is worth keeping, then keep it. It depends on what you want to achieve with your stable.

You can buy new barns in the "Grow" section under "Upgrades And More". You can use Ebs or $ to purchase a barn. A barn for 25 horses costs 100k Ebs, 175k for a Barn with 50 places and 300k for a barn with 100 places.
