The answer question part on the help page is missing the link that is, I can't post a picture of It but if I look at the whole page the link for the page is not there.

And when I post a question it ends up farther down the page.

Per the page "Note that your stable must be at least 30 days old before you can answer questions."

Thank you i can answer questions but the link for the answer part of the page is gone its not there.

It's not there because your stable isn't 30 days old yet. Try again when your stable is 30 days old. :)
