So I've never been able to find a site/app to resize my images to horse avi size without losing a butt load of quality! And then also be able to resize to 100kb if needed which takes away even more quality! What does everyone recommend?

If you convert it to a jpg it is usually small enough ;)

I use krita for art and its pretty good at scaling down images without ruining them lol but if needed I'll use the unsharp mask thing at about 70% opacity, save as .jpg and then run it through iLoveImg to compress it :)

Yep I use a converter and or a file compressor.
