My avatar was just removed for the second time, and I'm kind of fed up.

The picture is a painting I had made in a blueish frame with (c) Cinnamon underneath. As far as I can tell it is properly credited, as the art is mine: "If the photo is all yours, you can just put (c) and your stable name as the credit" I tried contacting a Mod, but they couldn't remember which was mine and after I described it they didn't answer again.

No problem, I'm sure Mods are quite busy. Maybe there was just a mistake? So I reuploaded it and a day later it was taken down again by the same Mod.

What can I do?

If the painting is of something copyrighted or referenced from another image then you either need to get permission and credit, or credit the stock reference.

So I put an image of MY horse as my avatar and even credited MY photography business, yet it is still getting taken down? I got told that I need to credit a website, but it's not on a website.
