So I've got two dwarf apple trees, and I've had them for about five years now. In the area that I live there was about a winters worth of rain recently and after all the heavy rainfall I noticed woodlice on my tree, and it seems they have "chewed" some of the bark because I can see damage to the trees. This is confusing because I thought woodlice only ate dead or decaying matter not water soaked trees. This is the first time this has happened and I'm not sure what to do about it,I haven't seen any other damage to the trees as of yet and they both look healthy so unless they are dying then I don't know why the woodlice would eat them.
