Hi folks,

so I have been given an assignment from my ecology professor to make a children's book. It has to be 15 pages long explaining a select topic or topics (I chose three of the modes of evolution: genetic drift, gene flow, and natural selection) and figured I would post each book page here as I complete them. So um a little hiccup occured and while this assignment is due in 9 days, I have just started yesterday because I lost my drawing tablet pen and I ordered it 2 weeks ago to get here last wednesday and it never showed up. Thankfully when I visited my sister this weekend she has loaned me her extra drawing tablet and now here I am (taking a break because my hand hurts lol). So I am experementing with the style since I don't have time to put in my usual detail. but I still need it to look pretty. So my storybook follows three different storylines and the one I am working on now follows gene flow for horses (one herd with horns and the other with wings). Anyways, wish my luck <3

(also because the book projects will not be published I am allowed to post it etc... i did ask in advance).

so for this second page, I wated to show a different color because I needed to show some variation. Also, yes, I did do two horns because I think it looks better than one horn.

okay this is page 4/5 for this story. I do not like the wing in this one at all but I don't have time to fix it right now. I may go back in and fix it later but we will see how much time I have left snice this assignment is due wednesday and I still have 11 more drawings to go. Edit: I just realized the wing looks like a crab claw... and I CANT UNSEE IT
