Welcome everyone to the third round of the Annual HEE Artist Rumble! Due to the lack of entries, only Tiers 2 and 3 will be participating in Round 3. If you are not required in this round, you are still welcome to turn in an entry and show us what you can do. --- How to Enter:
- Use the stock provided to create your entry - Use other stocks and effects as you wish - Use your Secret Code Name!

- The highest votes for each Tier will move into Round 4 --- Overall Theme|Round 3: MYTHOLOGY Sub-Theme|Tier 2: Japanese Legendary Creatures Choose any Creature from Japanese Mythology and show us your interpretation.
Sub-Theme|Tier 3: Greek Gods & Goddesses Reborn
Choose a Greek God or Goddess to be reborn into the modern world. What is this new sub-theme? Each Round will feature an overall theme and each Tier will have their own sub-theme. Your task is to create an original work of art that fits your Tier's Sub-Theme. --- Round 3: July 22-26, Voting: July 27-28
