Welcome to the third Quarterly CCC!
We are super excited to be hosting this.
-
I ask that you read all the way through to ensure that you understand everything. Mossy or other members of the Rumble Team will be keeping this thread up to date, so make sure to check in every once in a while!
-
If you are new here, or a returning player and is confused as to why there is a Creative Clinic Competition, look no further. The CCC is a way to help HEE's Artists improve/get feedback on their pieces or perhaps for the returning artists to dust off their tablets. Each CCC has the goal of improving or sharpening up skills, hence why every CCC has a different aspect/skill challange to it. We have the new addition to have our team members (up to four) give you (the artist) feedback on your piece on ways you can improve.

Important dates:
April 7th - April 10th: Sign up
April 10th : SSCN assigned (through PMs)
April 11th: And they're off! Time to began working
April 27th: Last day to send in pieces
April 28th: Voting begins
April 30th: Winners are announced
-
The CCC runs similarly to the Rumble but instead of seperate 1v1 you vote against all of the same leveled tier artists.

In order to enter, please PM Mossy (325753) with CCC or something similar in the subject line so that I know to get back to you as soon as possible. In said PM, please include your stable name, and what tier you want to be in (1-4). This is the one time that you can use your stable user/number because from here on out, SSCN's only please.
Each tier winner will win bragging rights and a 50k prize. All submitted pieces will get 5k, even those that are incomplete.

FAQ
What is a SSCN?
SSCN stands for Super Secret Code Name. This is the name that we assign to you to keep the contest's artist anonymous. You must credit the art that you enter with your SSCN on it, and we ask that you DO not share your SSCN with anyone until after the CCC's winners are announced.
-
Can I sell my art?
Absolutely! Just please wait for after the winners are announced. Don't be that person who ruins the fun for everyone. Do not discuss your art with anyone, nor share WIP's to keep the anonymity alive, as well as tell anyone that you have entered or are planning to.
-
What stock is allowed, and how do I credit?
We get this question a lot from newer artists, and fear not! HEE has a lot of helpful guides to help guide you through this! DeviantArt and Unsplash are the most popular to used (and free!) but do make sure that you read the creator's rules and that you are allowed to use said stock. If you have purchased art, please have proof of purchase ready for our lovely mods. How do I put the credits on the piece? Here is a template: username@site. Adobe you must have both Adobe in the credits as well as a the image number. Failure to do so will result in a warning, and a chance to fix it. If you fail to comply, it will result in disqualification. Still confused? No worries! Just PM someone on our team (or a mod) and we will be happy to give you more examples or walk you through it!
-
What if I struggle with the theme/skill?
No need to fear, as long as you are within the lines of the theme or skill, this is a chance to improve so we are pretty open to a lot of things. We will reach out to let you know if your piece doesn't meet the requirements as well as how you can change it to fit.

"April showers bring May flowers"
What is April's theme and skill?
This CCC's theme is Spring time. It is that time of year where the trees are flowering, and the grass is coming up, making pastures green up for our lovely equine friends. The theme is to create/capture your favorite thing about spring, whether that be rainstorms, flowers or anything else.
The skill for April's CCC is Perspective. We are looking for any sort of perspective that isn't just a straight on view that we all love and traditionally see. Need ideas? Here are a few:
Birds eye view
High Angle
Low angle
And so much more!
Still needing help or ideas? No need to worry, just shoot Mossy a PM and we can discuss ideas or different types of perspectives, after all, we are here to help.

Once again, please PM Mossy (or another team member) to enter.
Any other questions? Please don't be afraid to reach out!
