• Who's eligible to win: new stables just starting off, preferably less than 6 months old but I'll accept entries from stables started within the last 18 months
  • Why? I know there are a lot of small stables with big dreams so the goal of this lil contest is to give some art to a stable or two who may not have the funds or the programs quite yet to purchase art for themselves.
    • This does not mean that large stables cannot enter, the giveaway is simply designed to give everyone a fair chance.
  • I will be checking the stable creation dates of the winning stable(s).

• How to win: post your dream art idea! At the end of the giveaway, I'll select my favorite top ideas and create them. The stable(s) who submitted the idea(s) will then receive the completed art for free.
  • I am willing to provide any/all cuts so please specify if you're looking for just a horse avatar or whatever it is you would like.
  • If there is an idea I absolutely adore, I may decide to make it before the contest technically ends. In this case, there will be at least one more winner announced after the actual end date.
• You may enter multiple times!! Post as many ideas as you'd like but if you have multiple, I request that you keep them all in the same post to avoid clutter. However, you can only win once.
  • So if you happen to have a gorgeous RO baby in February after already posting once, that's totally okay to add another idea!
• Some tips:
  • I looovvveee unique art ideas. So if you ask for a brown horse standing in some grass, that's not super likely to be selected. I adore doing fantasy and I'm down to try just about anything.
  • You're welcome to post why you think you should be chosen but absolutely no begging allowed.
  • Feel free to be as specific as you would like! You can definitely include specific stock ideas/links.
  • I LOVE draft horses!! The chonkier and floofier, the better.

1. A solid black friesian standing in a swampy meadow watching the sun set. Dark orange, brown, yellow, black tones! There are black birds in the sky flying toward the sun. They are blurred with movement. The focus is on the horse who is standing in the water. I also thought about this piece featuring the horse 'Death' from RDR1? Maybe have a white mist surrounding him in the water?
   
   
   2. A dark horse stands under a gothic arch in heavy rain. In the distance is a gloomy city. The horse looks back. Front facing poses would be awesome too. Gold jewelry in the dripping wet mane/tail? Black, grey, white tones.
   
   
   3. An Irish Cob trotting toward the viewer in a field. There is a dark pine forest behind it. The sun is hitting the left side of the horse as if it broke through the gloomy clouds hanging overhead.
   
   
   4. An appaloosa gallops across a meadow at daybreak. There is war paint and a small dream catcher intertwined in the messy wind strewn mane. In the distance is smoke and tipis ablaze. Feathers in the mane would be cool.
   
   
   5. The skeletal remains of a horse rest within a bog. A black bald face overo mustang has his head lowered inspecting the slightly unsubmerged skull. Messy haired and scarred from battle.
   
   
   (Appy or Tobi patterns are a bonus. Dapples or Sooty! I love seal brown horses. I really like draft-freisian body types. I love the feathering around their hooves. Jewelry can be thrown in with any of these ideas! I really like gold jewelry.)

Notes: Ideas 1-3 are all bird`s eye view perspective. Ideas 4-5 are normal perspectives or whatever you wish. I don`t have specific horse colors in mind, so here are just a few of my favorites: Grullos, Dunalinos, Silvers.. Pattern-wise, I love any and all spotted ones, ^^

Idea 1:

There is a pegasus flying over an ocean, its wings spread wide. Its mane and tail are long and flowy, shifted by the direction of the wind. It has jewelry scattered across its body as well. There are birds flying beside it, giving the whole piece a serene vibe.

Idea 2:

A horse (maybe pegasus or unicorn?) is walking along a cliff and it is looking downwards into the canyon below. The canyon could simply be a forest with birds flying out of it (a jungle?). If you want something a bit more complex, maybe there are horses running through the canyon?

Idea 3:

A horse is walking through the waters of a lake/river and it is looking upwards into the sky. Its mane is flowing down its shoulders and into the water while its tail floats behind it. There are fish visible in the water along with lilypads being scattered here and there. Maybe some vines/moss clinging to the horse? This is a little related to my art contest, but y`know.. This was a very specific idea I had, haha. Dark- not too dark- and moody lighting, maybe early morning?

Idea 4:

This may be a bit sad, but I`m hoping my idea makes some sense.. somewhat? There is a unicorn in a cave with a wounded animal (your choice, but I`d say a deer/fawn) and it is using its magical capabilities to heal it. For the background/cave, I was thinking lots of crystals, giving it a fantasy look.

Idea 5:

This one is my favorite, mostly because I actually have horses for this, XD. Anyways, there is a horse lying down beneath the shade of a tree (Horse Link Here) as a foal (Horse Link Here) is playing around her. Maybe there are falling flower petals/leaves, depending on the tree type. Although I love pegasus and unicorns, these can be normal horses. These two boosted my stable so much and I would love to have a piece with both of them, :)

These are all ideas that have been rotting away in my head for ages, XD I wanted to wait for the perfect opportunity to share them since I doubted I could make these and make them look decent, haha. In case any of these aren`t chosen for this specifically, you can use them for your future pieces; I don`t mind, :D And if you ever need more, you know I`m always a PM away, haha, <3

My dream set would be something elegant and dreamy for my gelding who passed away last November. We had the privlidge of owning him for 14 years and he meant a lot to us. The idea I have had in mind for the past couple months is him (or stock close to his build) standing in a dreamy field with lush grass, beautiful rainbow, maybe some flowers or pretty things on him or in his hair, flowy hair, wings, angle halo etc to all represent crossing to the other side (sobbing again). He could be standing side on, laying down or anything pretty. He was chestnut with some socks and a blaze <3
