Areus | Stallion | Single | Mentions: Sizlin, Taleia When both mares turned to look at him warily, Areus almost took a step back and he felt his stomach drop, realizing that he wouldn't be welcome. Of course he wouldn't be welcome; he was a lone stallion wandering aimlessly, and they were probably afraid that he would take them from whatever herd they belonged to. Except that wasn't the case... He sighed to himself, turning his head to return to the shadows of the forest when one of the mares invited him over. For a moment, the stallion was shocked. This was the first time he'd been somewhat accepted into a 'herd' and it was all new to him. Areus nodded and slowly picked his way through the sea of grass over to the two mares. He practically towered over both of them due to his largely built frame, but he lowered his head, lipping at the grass growing beneath his hooves. "H-Hello...I'm Areus. Nice to meet you, ladies." A small hint of pink colored his pale cheeks as he avoided eye contact, attempting to show them that he didn't mean any harm. He was simply a wandering stallion, alone in the world. |

Flicking his audits back he could hear Sally trailed behind him, which made me smile at the thought. He assumed she was fond of him but wasn't really sure why. Shrugging the thought off as he lazily paced forwards. They had headed away from the mountains, though they still had a ways to go, that is if Sally still came along or went on her own path, he was headed for the ocean. Snorting out softly as a bug flew around his face, almost irritating him as he bobbed his head in annoyance Silky white plumage swished as his hips swayed with each step. Sun beat down upon his palomino and black painted coat making it shine. Looking up at the sky it was mostly clear just a few random grey clouds he hoped it didn't sprinkle, grunting softly he wasn't too fond of rain.
Frame turned when the apricot mare had trotted to his side, they seemed to march in unison, looking over her face she seemed different '' Sorry about this morning... I just wanted to get a move on. I am suprised you stuck around'' he nickered as he softly nudged his shoulder to hers as he offered her a smile. Scents of the plains filled his muzzle as they strolled along.  Taleia l Mare l Single l M: Sizlin, Areus Taleia looked at the stallion, wanting to know his story. She smirked at his cautiousness. And as she watched the large painted stallion come trotting over to them, one of her ears flickered to him, in his direction. Watching his muzzle slowly nibble at the grass, She could amuse he was a shy fella. ' ' ' Nice to meet you to ' ' ' She said as she flicked her tail, and twisted her neck a bit. As a fly nipped her softly coated brindle neck. ' ' ' Don't worry, i don't bite. At least hard ' ' ' The small brindle mare said with a smile, that forced up the edge of her muzzle. As she looked at his face, as it showed a slight rosy color. ' ' ' Taleia, But most horses call me Tale ' ' ' She said with a slight nod, as she realized he wasn't making eye contact with anyone. She shook her head at him, ruffling her mane a smidgen. ' ' ' So how to you fall here?.. ' ' ' She asked in her soothing British accent. as she lowered her head back down to the lightly covered with dew grass. her ears perked waiting for a response from the large paint stallion. As she slowly pulled the grass blades in her mouth, tickling her muzzle a bit |

SALLY/MARE/SINGLE Sally blinks coming out yet another memory when, storm nudged his shoulder to hers, smiling the mare looking over at him as they walked, to tell the truth he didn't have to apologize she knew he needed to get away, she also knew something had bothered him, how she knew she didn't know, but she did worry but not show it. "Its quit alright storm, and duh if stick around your the only friend I have" she said not knowing why saying friend felt wierd but t hats what they where. Her audits flick as she heard the distant nickers but she didn't seem bothered since they where so far off. Her dark patches seemed so dark even in the sunlight, atleast her apricot coloring brightened her coloring up some. She too had skeletons in the closet as some would say, but to have storm near called her, made her feel everything would be ok. Shaking her mane out she smiles "so we're we off to captain" she joked tossing her head. Sally didnt mind the travel, she had traveled further just to get to where they had met. To tell the truth, she loved to go on adventures one found so many interesting places that way. Flicking her tail she smiles and nudged him playfully, however she paused as the scent of plains and the barest hint of ocean water hit her nose. Nostrils flaring she took inn the scent a confused look on her face "I've never been to the ocean before" she said half as if she wasn't thinking about it. |

Areus | Stallion | Single | Mentions: Taleia, Sizlin Hearing the sweet brindle mare joke with him, a small smile tugged at the corners of his rose-colored muzzle. Hazel orbs slid over to meet Taelia's gaze, stamping his hoof slightly and shaking out his furry coat. Though he did enjoy the chilly, winter air, he was ready to shed his winter coat and be free of his fuzziness. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Taelia." Areus snorted quietly to himself, lightly chewing on a small clump of grass before he spoke once more. He'd noticed Taelia's accent and it intrigued him. What was her story? "I don't really know how I ended up here. I've kind of just been wandering for a while and you two are one of the few horses I've stumbled across." His past was something he didn't like to speak of. Maybe if they were closer, he would open up, but as of now, that's all he was going to reveal. Besides, he enjoyed being mysterious (he really just had a hard time crawling out of his shell). "What about you? What's your story?" |

Chuckling at her [Sally] calling him captain. He was far from being someone to look up to or to ''lead''. He laughed more and more at teh thought, blowing his forelock out of his eyes as he gave a playful roll of his eyes ''I am glad we are friends'' he grinned. feeling his heart warm all his life as a foal asll he wanted was a friend and now here he was travling with one. Audits perked as the sweet yet salty scent faintly travled through the air. ''I have never really been myself but, I have heard it's nice'' he smiled ''but we still have a way to go. the beach is the farthest than the rest of the areas. I almost wonder how settling at the beach would be'' his orbs left hers as he went back to looking around. He almost didn't mean to say those last words out loud, for it was more of a thought but, it was too late now. Softly reaching out to nip at her mane before peering back at her coat once more
Holding himself up tall with a relaxed posture for his frame, he wanted to ask her about her coat but, he wondered if he shouldn't.... he was senstive about his so he didn't find it appropraite to ask, sighing softly as he contimplated once more ''So.... do you ever miss your family? Taleia l Mare l Single l M: Areus Taleia's soft baby blue gaze was down on the light green grass, before she glanced over at the large paint, and meeting his hazel gaze. With a sweet welcoming smile of hers. As she felt the soft tug of the winter wind, she lifted her head high. Moving her head along with the calming breeze of winter. With her smile still gleaming from her face. Taleia's ears flickered back to the stallion. Hearing the call of his soft voice, and see nodded ' ' ' Its my pleasure also ' ' ' She said as she pushed one of her legs to the ground, bowing at the paint a bit. before standing back up, with a slight giggle slipping out of her muzzle. ' ' ' You don't know ay mate?..' ' ' She said as she tried to gleam into the paint's shy calm hazel eyes. with her smile starting to perk back up the sides of her muzzle again. ' ' ' My story? ' ' ' She said as she tilted her head a bit, thinking of how she could describe it. ' ' ' Well, lets just say my dam wasn't the ideal type of dam, and that i got kicked away at a young age ' ' ' She said as she lowered her head again, nipping at the sweet grass, Still trying to grab his hazel orbs. as she slowly pulled a flower out of the ground, mistaking it as a piece of grass. She slowly looked at the flower as she grabbed it. With a small smirk, She looked up at the paint, tossing him the small slender, but bright yellow flower |
