Sage's nose twitched as the girl got closer and had to swallow, and calm himself, focusing on his horses scent. "You're welcome," he told her politely, nudging the tall black stallion forward again.

Once they arrived back to the stable Chloe slid off. She quickly turned to go to the ducks and chickens making sure their pen was secure. All she could think about was the boy and how much she liked him. She went into her cabin and sat on the couch. She was told she might be getting a roommate.

Sage halted the horse so the girl could get off. He bid her goodnight and then moved the horse back into his stall, still thinking of the girl. She seemed nice. He wondered why the other grooms thought she was just a rich prick. Whatever. He went back to the trailer he lived in and flopped down on the dirty couch with a sigh. It was a rather gross area...dirty, stuff thrown all around, and cramped. But it was what he had, so he was grateful.

Chloe had fallen asleep just to wake up at like 1am. She looked out to see something creeping around the chickens. She grabbed her torch and went outside. She had her phone on her pocket. As she got closer she realised it was a massive wolf. The wolf started walking towards her as she backed up. It started to run at her. She screamed as it jumped at her.

Sage had woken up from a nightmare and had decided to at least get outside instead of stay in the trailer. He heard the animal, and frowned, following it's scent to the chicken coop. He noticed the girl as soon as the wolf did, and he was lucky enough to have his dagger on him, which he threw at the animal. It buried itself in the side of its head, knocking it away from the girl. He marched over, muttering curses under his breath from an ancient werewolf language. He usually just said it was Greek if anyone asked. He yanked his dagger free and wiped it off on the grass, looking at the wolf. "You gonna use the pelt," he asked. He could make a decent blanket out of it, which would be nice. The trailer often got really cold.

She looked at him. She stood up, shook er head, and walked back to her cabin. "Thanks again" she said. That boy was new but had saved/ helped her twice and in one day. She lay on her bed. Her step sister would be coming to visit tomorrow.

Sage nodded absentmindedly, already hauling the animal back to the trailer. He'd use what he could from it....he skinned it and hung the pelt to dry. It would make a nice blanket. He gathered the meat too...it wasn't deer, but it was free and it would feed him. The bones he could make into tools and stuff, so it was a nice big batch of things that would help him out

Chloe had fallen asleep and soon it had become day. Chloe fed her horses and decided to ride whiskey and do some jumping. -Chloe's step sister (grace)- grace looked out the window as her car pulled into the stables driveway. She hated the country and horses. She saw chloes horse bolt - im going to ask daddy for that horse- she thought. She then saw Chloe jumping. The sight of her stepsister doing so well made her feel sick. The car stoped and grace stepped out. The first thing to catch her eye was sage. -Damm he's hot- she thought. Grace looked at a stable hand and he quickly came and got her things. Grace had to stay in the spare room that was in chloes cabin. -Chloe chloe saw graces car pull in. She sighed as she put whiskey away and walked over. This month was going to be like a living hell. "Grace" she said as she approached. "What do I owe the pleasure" she said with a little sarcasm.

Sage had started his own chores when the big, fancy car pulled up. He glanced over at the car, and the girl when she got out before grunting as he smelled the sticky smell of perfume. He ignored her as best he could, continuing to carry around heavy buckets of feed and water to give to all the horses.

Grace looked at Chloe disgusted "you couldn't have even dressed any better" she scoffed walking into the cabin.
-chloe chloe was pissed so she went into the stable and kicked the door. It hurt. Grace was always such a cow. Her father called her over and she walked there slowly.
