But if you want to feel less restricted, you can always buy premium with in game currency. Since you are a competetive stable ( I take it you are showing your horses) you should make enough to afford a premi at some point ^^

You would get palomino (without agouti) instead of chestnut or buckskin (with agouti) instead of bay, because he's homozygous dominant Cream. But you won't get perlino (agouti + CcrCcr), because that means the mare would have to donate a dominant Cream as well and she's homozygous full color (CC).
