I don't believe so, for example both of these horses have the same roan pattern, but one is RnRn and the other is Rnrn. Edited at February 13, 2021 08:51 PM by White Hills

So LpLp and Lplp affect the patterns. Is the P1 or P2 pattern affected by whether it's hetero/homo as well?

The PATN genes being hetero or homo does not affect the coat.
