Hey all! I am kind of stuck at this point. I have a medically required ESA cat named Mr. Kitty. He had his ESA paperwork registered with my university (live in school owned apartments) for last year. I didnt realize it expired with the school on the first of this year, they called me on the 7th and gave me less than 24 hours to get him out and his paperwork resubmitted. I took him to a friends house, got the new doctors notes from my primary care provider with a supporting letter from my psychiatrist on the 9th. (only doctors can sign these notes in my state). They submitted it to the school, all seemed well. Today at work, I got another 'complaint' that he wasnt registered and gave me less than 24 hrs to relocate him again. I am completely lost and tired of this situation. I will be having a meeting tomorrow with the school, bringing in copies of said paperwork, all his health and vaccine info etc. I feel like I should take legal action but dont even know where to go or what to ask the legal help? Am I in a position to even seek help? Thanks in advance!

Well, if you have his paperwork and stuff turned in to the school, then legally, unless you're kicked out of that school, they can't do anything. You live in one of the dorms, turn in all his papers, keep up up to date on vaccines.
