Good lord where do I begin (to preface this is NOT me blaming my adhd for issues this is me mad at myself for forgetting to take my meds and js overall other stuff)

I suppose I'll begin with the four 0's I have in AP World 💀
100% my fault, my teacher started taking homework notes as grades and uh yall I dont take notes, I put the video on my headphones and listen to it multiple times while doing chores (which must work seeing as I ace the note quizzes), I couldnt find the motivation to sit and take notes so I mostly didn't, and I lost track of what ones she was taking and wasn't, there goes my grade

Then my choir teacher pulled me and some other students out and told us she is giving us another assignment to see if we can go to UIL bc she doesnt see us working (mind you I'm the section leader for soprano bc the rest of the section chose me) I asked her why and she said "Because you talk alot" I literally gasped out of shock and the 2 other girls from soprano legit started arguing with her in my defense bless them, when I told the rest of my section they were equally surprised bc I make a point not to engage in the many off-topic conversations, when I do talk its bc we are taking a break or I'm discussing the music
I told my mom ab it and she emailed my teacher, who gave her an extensive reply claiming everything I told her wasn't true, and then claimed that I've never even made an account on this sight reading website she assigns us work on, I pulled up the account and showed my mom I've done assignments and had the account since january (which was when we were told to make it)

I lost who I thought was one of my closest friends bc I told her I wouldnt participate in an certain walkout at school (bc I aint getting in trouble for that no matter my opinion) she started demanding to know what my opinion was and I told her I wasn't obliged to answer her question bc she was being so rude, she said "Fine, then we're not friends anymore" and my other friend in choir told my there's a rumor in that class reportedly started by her (an untrue one) bc she assumed my opinion

I recently went to Texas State German Contest and my group didnt place for the film we spent so much time on and everyone we showed thought it was funny and well filmed
I dont get salty about stuff but i am SO bitter about this I want to see the ones that beat us

Now we have an exchange student over and I love her but juggling time for her and homework and this game (my fault but its addictive guys) its been hard and my grades are dropping 😓
To make it worse adhd burnout hit me hard and I recently discovered I mask so much I thought that was the genuine me and I've got trauma responses I didnt know I had yayyy

To add a positive note my horse has been wayy more supple, responsive, and spry as of late, directly following a visit to the vet where he got Prostride + the first month of adequan bc he an older boy and a starting to become a tad arthritic
