This is going to be quite simple, I strongly dislike college, very, very strongly dislike it. I am a senior in highschool, and I am taking college classes through a program which allows me to do so. If I was going to get a four year degree, I would honestly rather just get bitten by a snake. I think college for the most part is a money-grabbing scam that has wormed its way so far into our culture and society, that we think its absolutely necessary to have a college degree to get and perform well in a job, especially if you're a woman. Oh, and the people hiring believe it too! Oh what a wonderful world we live in.

HehehehhEH. This is where it gets bad, so school gets out for summer, and I am very much not taking any classes for summer quarter. At this point my mental health has been destroyed and i've been stripped of any semblance of who I was before taking college classes. (okay that was really dramatic, I just really overworked myself and stressed out to a point that was not healthy). But my point nonetheless is that, unfortunately I spent the majority, and I mean the first 2 months, of summer break trying to recover but ultimately digging myself deeper into a pit of depression, and overall debilitating unmotivation (my on and off depression is back with a vengeance babey!). So fast forward to the past two weeks or so, i've been feeling better and trying to get my crap together, which is really good, only to have the realization I NEED TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES, So of course I meet with my counselor get my EV form written out and signed, turns out, haha, registration for fall quarter started may-fucking-31st. Um, EXCUSE me? This was not how it was last year, and you, you fine community college establishment just forgot to mention that??? So anyways, all the classes I need to get into are full, and I've had to email all my professors asking if they're willing to overload by one. Like a late noob. I feel terrible, absolutely awful, and I am this close to saying 'screw it' and living in a cardboard box under the bridge by the river. Call me Gollum, because i'm going to be eating fish, wriggling and raw right out of the Columbia River people, that's me.

Okay, this was obviously very exaggerated, ranty and sarcastic, but honestly it helped me calm down. But also, I do really feel awful and I hope I don't lose my classes and have to murder myself trying to finish all my credits 2nd and 3rd quarter. This was a very bad, bad, bad day.

On a humorous note, at least Gollum changed the course of history! Lol! Never know, you might too!

Honestly, I know this is going to sound annoying, but, try to relax.

My last year of school was nightmarish too.

(I do agree that in a lot of cases college is overrated. Not every profession needs a college degree.)
