Look, I know I post here a lot but for once I'm actually sharing something that might just put a smile on someone's face (because the misfortune of others is hilarious).

So I've been a mess lately (and by lately I mean the last 3 years of my life) and my friend who's very into the occult and "psychic-y" offered to do a tarot card reading for me. Now I'm skeptical about this kind of thing, but I'm down for anything and thought it would be fun (famous last words). Long story short, my friend predicted, and I quote, "a change coming soon regarding work, career and financial situation. I'm getting that there might be some feelings of anxiety and uncertainty"

And guess what? I got fired the next day lmao. I would like to formally apologise to the tarot cards for calling them "a really bad magic the gathering knock off". (I do not know anything about a) tarot cards and b) magic the gathering)

She also predicted me a soul mate relationship in the future. Which is doubtful, because I hate most people. I'm just a grumpy old man at heart.

I had a pyschic tell a few things that have actually come to pass in my life. I tend to scare those people at times so it's rather funny. I'm not saying I'm a believer either, but when things come to pass like that, one does have to wonder right? Wish you the best of luck on your next endevor.

Thanks guys. It's one of those "if I don't laugh I'll cry" situations lmao. Straight up weird too and I honestly think it's a reminder not to take life to seriously. One day you're barely earning a living wage and the next a bunch of magic cards are predicting dumpster diving in your future. *shrugs* it is what it is

Haha, this is great! I am the occult friend of my group so I love this. I definately get the feeling that loosing your old job was a real blessing and I'm so glad to hear you've been able to move on to better things. Now just be on a lookout for that soul mate connection. ;)
