So bit of backstory, when I was little. Talking like baby and todler age I'd have these reaccuring dreams where a witch looking thing would like live in my backyard in a hole. Fast forward to when I was roughly like 13 and talking to my mum about it and she said "when you were a baby, sometimes I'd walk into your room an a witch was standing over your cot." So I told her about my dream things and we collectively decided the house at the time had a spirit living there. However recently I've been having more dreams with the same witch as before in them only now it looks far more modern I guess. Even weirder is that I never remember my dreams in such detail but these ones I do. So anyway, just thought anyone intrested in this sorta stuff might find this intresting. |

As long as you're never scared. Best way to deal with it is to ignore it. Does it feel malevolent at all, outta curiosity? |

right so i know i sound like a wishy washy astrology crystal hippie weirdo, but thats because i am. so it could mean a few things. Yes, if your having reccuring dreams abour a similar thing, especially if that thing appears human (ish) then its likely a spirit. If in your dreams so have a sense of fear or worry when she is around, or get anxious when having the dreams, it could be a less nice spirit. But if you feel at peace with her following you and touching you in your dreams, it most likely means no harm. Also, out of curiosity, what does she look like? is it more of a steryotypical green skin big nose hat wearing witch? or something else? <3 |

I don't actually know, I've never seen her face and I don't really remember all I do is that she looked like she was covered in bits of rags thrown together but my mum said the witch she saw over my cot looked similar to the one in snow white. Where as now it seems far more put together and a black/dark green and she also has a hood that goes just over her face so I can't see it. |

Okay, cool. So this probably means that this particular spirit doesnt want to show their identity quite yet. However, in time you may notice her features more, maybe drawing back her hood a little. Did you have any family members that were associated with witchcraft, or liked to wear hooded clothes, or anything? If this spirit was watching over you as a baby then its probably trying to protect you. Although it could just be a random one that has taken a shine to you haha. By the way, im not a professional in these tyoes of things so don't take my word for everything i say. However, ive studies Metaphysical and Spiritual things for over 5 years now, and ive worked with a lot of people who are associated with it <3 |

The witch represents something in your dreams. It's not literally a witch because they do not exist (in that incarnation, anyway; wicca etc is different). |

From my experience with these things, it's usually a spirit that is wanting to tell you something. It's only taking the form of a witch because that is what your mind is seeing. However don't take my word for it. Since you've been seeing it since you were little it could be a long gone realitive that is trying to tell you something you need to know about the family history. It could also be your guardian spirit, that is trying to help you make the right choices in life. |

I'm not sure if it's very related but my mum was in a family with two older siblings, same as me I have two younger ones. My mum's mum died when she was two weeks away from being 9 and my youngest sister turns 9 in march. So my mum thinks its somehow related to that. |

Hummm..... did your mother see the same thing before her mum passed on? Only reason why I ask is my mother passed shortly after I turned 7 years old. About 2 hours before my dad woke me up to go to the hospital I woke up and saw an image of my mother sitting at the foot of my bed. When my dad passed 20 some odd years later right before he passed I saw an image of my mother at the foot of my bed again, and then a few minutes later my dad was there. About an hour later my stepmom told me my dad had passed away. If that spirit is appearing to the oldest before the youngest turns 9 and has done so for awhile then it's connected in some way.
