I just really wanted to share this because I'm so ecstatic about it.
Firstly, monday this week I had this filly go up on week 3 in scope. First ever horse of mine with a week 3, I usually don't bother even checking but I did this time and I'm so glad!!
Secondly, a few weeks ago my work started offering junior supervisor roles, AKA full-time positions. I'm currently casual, although I rarely do less than 30-40 hour weeks. Regardless full-timers get like tons of perks, and it's a $3/h increase as well as gauranteed hours a week. I was one of 6 out of almost 20. And my managers said that my interview was by far the best. I had answered their questions exactly how they would hope a supervisor answer, that I'd even answered better than my family member (who is in the same company, and one of the higher supervisors, literally been there since the company essentially started lol). I was so doubtful as that I'd get it, because I don't have a full license and my age. Because by the time I'm fully trained I'll still be at least 2 years younger than any of our other supervisors. But hey!! Here I am!!
Then to top the week off, I'm taking my younger sister away for the weekend for her birthday, which we're going for a concert and just touristy events we don't have in our town/city.
I do hope to come back here tonight to add my RO wins. Surely my good-fortune can carry on XD
