I'm assuming this probably has to do with the new gene addition, something might have gotten messed up along the way. I am breeding my color foals and they are all showing up with Patn 1 variants like leopard and snowcap even though they are all Patn 2 carriers and don't carry Patn 1. Exhibit A:

I have a near leopard appaloosa Sport Pony that doesn't have a dominant pattern shown on its gene test.

That's from yesterday's bug. If you reroll them, it will fix the color.

I rerolled a couple times. The shade changes, the pattern stays exactly the same. Yet still no dominant Patn listed on the gene test.
