And this tail!

I just never had the time to practice it in order to feel like I could duplicate it nicely enough for a show lolz

I always wanted to try the layered running braid on Douwes thick mane, but never took the time to try it.
Maybe will try it on a different horse one day.

Would be a cool style to add to the new feature of the game!

The normal scallop braid is when the “loops” stay on the same side and hang down like this image

Setting myself a 400k budget for RO this year, lets see if I manage to stick to it lol

That is so neat. People who can do such neat braids are so talented

Oh yep, I knew what a scallop is, just wanted to see your boy 😉

Basically the scallop goes up on top and it kinda lays over the crest a bit so is also a bit visible from the non-mane side, if that makes sense

Ah, my brain is that filled with disseration stuff that I was trying to figure it out lol.

I'll have to try and remember to give it a go sometime

Lemme see if I can find a good pic online.
I donÂ’t have one of my own horses pics with it done. I havenÂ’t shown a shorter length maned horse much since learning it was a thing!

Sass, no.
It means the scallop part goes on the other side of the neck than where it usually would

Reverse scallop braid? Do you mean starting at the bottom of the neck?

have someone in the arena with you and start teaching him like that. if you ride him more than for just the movie, start doing some groundwork with him. Groundwork is an excellent way to gain trust with your horse and to teach him who's in charge as well! :)
