KEP helmets are where it's at for me. I'm a little bit heavier of a person, with fairly broad shoulders and a smaller head, and I prefer that KEP is a little bulkier and makes me feel more proportionate. That being said, the best helmet is the one that fits you properly. Different helmets definitely lean towards different head shapes, so try to figure out what shape your head is, and go from their. I'm quite oval and find KEP and Samshield to be very comfortable. KEP is light, well-ventilated, and bulkier in a good way. Samshield was really nice but definitely not as ventilated, and made me feet very triangular from my shoulder to my head because it's quite low profile.

I will keep that in mind, thank you!
