So I have a little pinto mini and I am planning to register him with our local pinto association

How should I present him (clipping, makeup etc)

I read the rules and it says a hat is required for in hand

Could I just wear my black suade riding helmet and a jacket, jodhpurs, shirt and tie and leather half chaps

Or would I have to purchase a different outfit
