How do you plan on affording the upkeep of 6 or 7 horses? You would obviously need a high paid job as its not cheap at all, and high paid jobs usually come with more hours involved, time away etc, so how do you plan on having the time to exercise/care for all the horses? And how would you manage the land? because 25+ acres is tons. You say you will be building the house, that would also take up a lot of time and money, how do you plan on making the time and money for all of this?
Also, what experience do you have with these breeds and actually owning a horse?
If I were you, I'd just get one to start with, keep it at a local livery yard and see how it goes. 6 horses for somebody who has not owned before is a lot of time, work energy. Owning just one horse is a huge responsibility, you definitely don't want to be making a mistake by just bulk buying 6 at one time.
Sorry to bombard you with questions lol :)

Sheesh, how old are you?!!!
6 horses require an enormous amount of work and time. One horse is hard enough, but 6 for someone who's never owned one before..nu-uh. Oak raised some very valid points.
.
To be able to pay for their food, vet and farrier bills, feed, tack and simple upkeep, you'd need a full-time well paying job. That would take away from your already limited time, leaving very little for time with the horses. Then all your energy, efforts and money would be pointless.
.
Just some things to think about.
