green means your horse is doing well in training and is at the same level as their rider, so yes it is good :)
Red means they have levelled up before their rider and need to be switched to a rider that is the same level as them

You need to completely rotate your self 🔄.
Your legs need to be much closer to the girth, you butt much closer to the saddle, barely out of it, and not so far up your horses neck. If you do that, your set.

It seems to me like the horse was maybe a little hesitant into the jump since he's so far back on his hind legs so if that's the case your eq looks fine. Are you a hunter or a jumper?
Eq usually changes with the height and also with the experience at that height. Considering how vertically you the horse is your Eq seems to match it. You could be slightly further back (like sit back more but not down) otherwise looks good to me

I wouldn't worry about your equitation right now while you're trying a new height. Your position has gotten used to the pony jumping at lower heights, which is fine, but the jump up to 3' is a huge difference in motion and it'll take awhile to get used to that. For now, you're releasing and getting off your pony's back, which is all you really need to be doing right now. Just be careful not to jump too far ahead up your pony's neck- the pony's doing the jumping, not you. :)

At the moment this picture was taken, your position is probably fine, albeit creeping up the neck a little. It looks like the horse is jumping quite vertically as they've gotten deep to the fence, so your leg slipping back at least a little is bound to happen. But as you get stronger and more used to this height, then your body will change less over the fence regardless of when your horse leaves the ground. Make sure to wait with your body and let the horse move you (which is easier said than done), and to bend at your hips as you release your hands forward!
