I work at Amazon and it can be kind of fun depending on which department you're working in XD
Yesterday we all kept pulling pranks on each other and there was basically no supervision as long as we were getting our work done. Haha

@Granny, I already told them I was overwhelmed working in memory care so much and they said they werent going to change anything and I had to deal with it.

As a one time manager, I can safely say, that if a new employee came to me, making 'demands' they wouldn't be working for me very much longer.
On the other hand, if they came to me, saying they were over worked, due to doing other peoples jobs and was getting physically/mentally stressed, and didn't know how much more they could continue, I would call an employee meeting, and let it be known, that shit was going to stop or those 'slackers' would be looking for new jobs.

Plus in their mind a raise is probably less than $1

I guess my issue is that even if I get a raise the workload wonÂ’t change and I am exhausted.

That means she won't blame the lazy people. Only you because your the only one doing work so they need you.

@Hummer,

I would not reduce your hours, because then the supervisors will take it out on you, not the lazy ones.

Does anyone know where you can buy the cheapest UlcerGard possible? Or get it for a reasonable price? My lease horse has had it for the last 3 days, so I need to buy 3 tubes of it. For anyone who has bought it, it says 4 doses on the box; are there 4 syringes or 4 doses per tube? We've been giving my horse 1 full tube of it every morning (as directed by a professional), so I'm curious to know. Thanks so much!

You'll probably have to shop around in your area to see if anywhere is a few dollars cheaper, but unfortunately UlcerGard is not cheap anywhere in the US. You can buy omeprazole (active ingredient in UlcerGard) online in doses sufficient to cure ulcers for cheaper from "underground" sort of pharmacies based overseas, but you won't be able to guaruntee the quality of what you're buying. I know some people who have gone that route, saved money, and gotten good results, but I can't necessarily recommend it to everyone.
If you are trying to cure ulcers, then you will need to give your horse one whole tube of UlcerGard or GastroGard per day. Either of those tubes has 2 grams of omeprazole in the entire thing. (2g is the minimum effective dose for horses.) If you are giving UlcerGard as a maintenance drug to prevent ulcers, then 1/4 tube of UlcerGard is sufficient per day.

Yeah, I will definetly keep looking, it's definetly expensive haha - that makes a lot more sense with the dosing; thank you so much!

I currently give her U-Guard powder, and it works well for her as well! :) We treated her for ulcers a month ago. She is on a bunch of bute right now (Friday-Sunday she will be on it) to help us find a source of her pain if possible so she just needs UlcerGard/GastroGard for now. Thank you!

Have you tried Gut X? It's still a little expensive (around $100 depending where you get it from), but it comes in a gallon jug with a pump that should last around 3 months, but it works well for our horses when they get ulcers and helps prevent them
