Here are some foal spam of Soraya and Zahli. Soraya is shedding out to a liver chestnut colour, and Zahli is still a mystery .. I'm so pleased with Zahli's type - her head is magnificent. |

We have some results! Pelamine Zahli is negative for roan however positive for cream (one copy) - she is a palomino! I am SO over the moon! Thought I better log on and let you all know the results :D |

Soraya (now Bonnie) went to her new home this morning, Zahli is starting to shed but she looks black underneath and she has fake roaning on her butt! Her genetic test said negative roan and she has to be a palomino because the genetics aren't there for her to be smoky black or buckskin .. she has us all puzzled .. I guess we have to wait til she gets her adult coat! |
