Not eventing at all, but I adore the Saddlebred studs Tomcat and Undulata's Nutcracker. Both are insanely awesome producers of show babies https://www.willowbankfarm.com/stallions/undulatas-nutcracker.html http://www.singing-hills.com/sa-tomcat/ Edited at March 9, 2019 06:08 AM by Lumeer Arts

I love Cassini II babies, but I might be biased because he's my boys sire. The ones I've gotten to work with have been great and so honest to jump. Also Björsells Briar has been a personal favorite of mine for a loong time.

I realy like the KWPN jumping stallions High Shutterfly and Forsyth (a gelding now). Both are reaaly willing to jump and such a sweet charachter. Both were standing on the stable where I have my mare. Got a colt from High Shutterfly last year

Landkönig is a favorite of mine. He's an Oldenburg stallion from jumping lines. I have met this stallion in person and he has a wonderful, personable temperament. We've had two foals by him and both have been exceptional jumpers with dressage quality canters and decent trots. They were easy to sell and their owners love their amateur friendly temperaments.
If I saw your mare and her lineage I could recommend more specific sires. You should go with a jumping stallion if you aim for eventers.
Whoever you choose, make sure they have a personality that you would want in a foal! I have made the mistake of breeding to stallions poor temperaments because of their exceptional athleticism and it's not worth it for the resell value alone. If you're breeding for yourself and don't mind disagreeable temperaments that's a personal choice.
