I am trying to draft us an off-property lease agreement for one of my horses but I am stumped.

Does anybody have any lease agreement that involves off-propety they would not mind letting me see? I won't copy it, I will just look at it for inspo if that makes sense!

Leaser would be reasonable for paying their board, paying their lessons, and half of the farrier/vet cost, and would be reasonable to cover any maintenance like chiro or massage if they feel it would be useful. They would also be required to take a minimum of one lesson a week with a coach.
