LOL They can knock you out. But if you do need surgery and don't you won't be doing track anymore and likely have a limp.

Depends on the damage. But yours sounds pretty bad. Luckily healing time after surgery is really good. So it's outpatient and easy.

Coffee is right epsom bath would be good too. We often overcompensate and can hurt other muscle groups trying to take the extra load.

I did take meloxicam, and used Volteran, and it brought the pain down from like a 8 to a 6

Is the meniscus a injury that needs surgery or just time off?
Coffee Ridge Royalty
06:39:51
if you have a bathtub i like to soak in Epson salt with other stuff and helps for at least 30 mins.
MC Ace

In your knee it's likely the meniscus. I worked a hospital unit for two years. Learned a thing or two.

But I'm also a dope that had a hole in my ankle to the bone that abscessed and I pumped penicillin and stuffed it and never stopped working... so my advice comes with a grain of salt LOL

You guys!!!

You're making me tear up 😭

The support is overwhelming and I appreciate you all so much.

I love seeing familiar faces - you make all the work and organizing worth it. You have no idea how much I love and cherish your entries. And how much I looked forward to seeing them. I am so thankful I never had to Judge! Because you guys make it soooo tough. I really love seeing all the pretty ponies and how you utilize the available tack to make authentic and realistic entries (like I was beyond blown away with the inspiration of using Bareback Pads as Shaped Eventing Pads - it's so perfect!)

With the new addition of Riders and updated kits, as well as the beautiful backgrounds - we are going to have a field day with classes!

I so appreciate the people who are first timers showing up with unbridled support! I hope that you will join in and have just as much fun as the rest of us!

Thank you! I cannot state it enough - seeing the favorable votes, it truly makes me happy and is renewing my interest in HEE.

Okay - let's dry those tears and get to business!

. it's going to take me some time - maybe a week or so (or if I hyperfocus and knock out 36+ hours of work in one sitting).
I need to review the November Show and see what has to be done to get that up (Judges Show Cards, Community Vote Polls, etc.) - and figuring out who was on the Judges Panel - I might open it up to all of the HEE and PPP community to make it easier.
- A major portion to the PPP is the Judges!
With almost a six month hiatus - I can't assume all the PPP Offical Judges are still willing and interested in being called forth to judge.
So - I'll have to set up an application and roll call to get some new Offical Judges on board.
- I need to get organized and upgrade to a Premium again to dust the cobwebs off the PPP Club and get that back up and running for better communication and keep the PPP community in the loop.
- I need to set up the May 2024 PPP Show!
Which means picking classes!!!
+ Anyone have a favorite class they want to see first??? How about the Mare & Foal or Color of the Rainbow?
- If you have suggestions for Prizes (besides the scheduled EB's), or would like to Donate - please Message me - Boulder Creek (289810). Let's make this one Extra Special!!!

Oh my goodness - so many things to do!!!

Huge hug to all of you!

You have absolutely sparked joy in my heart and inspiration for the Pretty Pony Pageant!

Wow! Not gonna go to much into detail, but due to health reasons I've been in hiatus too and am now attemting a comeback... I have great timing or something!
...and...
1. Yes please! ( I too have tack/decor, straws, embryos, broods, studs, and may even eventually donate prem renewals/barns/pastures...etc)
2. Let's vote so we can proceed to future events.
3. Undecided about the holiday classes...
Sobvery happy that the club is back uo! 😊💜🐉

The Pretty Pony Pageant is inviting you to step back in time!

Imagine the leaves on the trees changing colors and falling gracefully to the ground only to be raked up in large piles. Warm pie is baking in the oven. The air is a bit nippy and it's the season of the Holidays!

That's right - it's November 2023 again!

Please help the Pretty Pony Pageant Judge the November 2023 PPP Show!
This is open to everyone in the PPP and HEE Communities - Even if you entered a horse!
