Yes, you get the puppy version for 10k, then if you'd like an adult version, it's an additional 5k. So 15k all total :)

Oh! It appears that puppy #4 seems to have inherited a more rich reddish color from a previous generation on the mother's side (grandmother). You may choose the registered name (MUST begin with "CK"), call name, and gender of this pup.  and here is the adult reference
