I do yoga and recently got into hiking again, even just a short walk and build up from there. Drink lots of water, eat well, move around a lot through the day and take a multivitamin. Water is key and fruits and veggies with protein. It has helped me immensely with my Crohn's and all else
@ Neverfade, oh well so yeah same situation. It's been 2 years struggle after my ileostomy reversal. I have no energy at all everyday. Not complaining just venting I guess since I have no one else. My mom abandoned me. Really saw my husband you guys in my animals!
Pk, I was but I feel like I might not be strong enough for that emotionally to balance work and life. But I'm actually open for any ideas at this point. It's hard to find like a college that will help you see what your strengths are.
I felt like that very often Coffee. It took a while before I decided to go to school again and find something I love doing. It takes patience and a good attitude about the future and how you feel about yourself. I have quite a few medical issues myself, plus not working right now. It is hard, but I look forward to school as I know it is my way out of this current life situation. I am moving to Wyoming once school is done.
I'm 30 and done with being an RVT. I'm looking forward to getting back into college! Not sure what classes though. I feel like a failure... especially with my medical & disabilities combine.
