The woman gave a small smile to him when he pecked her cheek. "Of course you'd like it! You didn't have to do anything. If anything, you liked basically being carried around for a little while." In truth, she didn't really mind waiting on him, she actually quite enjoyed helping him out. But she also would have quite liked just getting to spend time with someone who had a little bit of life about them. "I don't mind giving you massages and washing your hair and all that sort of thing, but forgive me for not particularly enjoying taking you to the bathroom," she mused lightly to him. She then nodded in agreement. "It is nice, hm? It suits us," she chirped.

Sage really couldn't help but grin over at the girl and peck her cheek lightly. "I liked some of the coddling here and there," he mused. Though when she brought up bringing him to the bathroom he chuckled softly. "I also could have done without that part," he admitted. "Felt a little too useless," he chuckled before nodding when she mentioned their little cabin suited them. "It certainly does," he chirped. "It's nice and cozy," he mused, squeezing his arms around her for a moment.

The woman gave a small grin when he squeezed her, and sort it moved to perch on his lap and wrapped her arms around his side gently. "I can keep on coddling you here and there," she mused, resting her head softly on his shoulder. "And you where a little bit useless, yeah. But I love you, so it's okay. At least, I love you enough to sit you down on the toilet and wait for you. Who else would do that for you?" She asked with a small laugh.

Sage had grinned over at his wife, releasing her enough for her to perch on his lap, wrapping his arms around her once she'd settled down again. "good," he hummed, moving to peck her head lightly. "I do like you coddling me occasionally," he chirped lightly before squeezing her gently when she mentioned the toilet and such. "I love you too," he hummed. "No, the question is who else would I let do that," he noted with a chuckle.

The woman gave a small laugh after a moment and gave a small smile: "I love coddling you," she chirped. When he wrapped his arms back around her, she sort of chuckled and settled down into them happily. "And I love a cuddle every now and then too," she murmured softly. "We don't get to cuddle much anymore," she huffed. She sort of glanced at the clock, making sure it wasn't too late. She didn't want to miss their reservation.

Sage had sort of hummed lightly in response to her comments, nodding and tightening his arms around her when she curled in more. "I suppose we don't," he mused. "I've been so tired that I pass out right away at night," he admitted with a chuckle. Hopefully, that would pass as he healed. Because....he did like relaxing with her before falling asleep. And waking up together. The little things. "we have plenty of time, babe," he noted with a chuckle when he saw her glance to the clock, pecking her head gently.

The woman smiled and sort of nodded to him. "Well as far as I'm concerned you've been sleeping through the night, which means I get to sleep through the night too?" She chuckled softly to him after a couple of moments. His tightened his grip in her for a moment before she gave a small groan. "Sage if you hold ne any tighter I'm going to pop," she mused lightly to him. She had to admit, it was sort of nice though. She always felt like she should be so busy, and it sort of stressed her out a little that they didn't have to do anything, but again it was nice just getting to do and some time with her husband. "I know, I know," she mused lightly.

Sage had chuckled in response to her comments, humming lightly. "Sleeping through the night does have its benefits," he noted with a slight twinge of amusement to his voice. He gave her a sort of mock pout when she complained about how tight he was holding her and huffed out a breath. "you're so ungrateful," he huffed dramatically, knowing neither of them really cared. He simply chuckled at her last comment, patting her back gently.

The woman gave a little nod. She liked that she could actually like... sleep. She was up whenever he was up, helping him where she could, so now that he was okay a decent amount of sleep made her very happy. "I didn't notice. I thought walking around like a zombie all day was normal," she teased him gently before sort of moving to peck his lips happily. "I'm hardly ungrateful," she mused softly to him.

Sage had simply chuckled in response to her comment, rolling his eyes when she mentioned looking and acting like a zombie was normal. "Oh, I'm sure it is somewhere," he noted. "It seems completely logical," he snorted, knowing it fully well wasn't normal in any kind of place. Though he hummed in a fake sort of doubtful manner in response to her next comment. They sort of just stayed there for a while longer, in silence....until he glanced at the clock and patted her on the back gently. "You ready to go," he asked quietly, figuring they should get there soon.
