"Y'know, i've been told that a time or two." He chuckled, stopping at the stoplight before the highway exit. "Okay now listen, going to give you a 'Backpacking 101'. If I lean forward, you lean forward. I'm only doing it because we're going faster, and I would much rather you're pretty face stay pretty, not turned into a pancake because the wind knocked you back, make sense?" Monty asked, glancing back at her and flipping his visor up, his eyes gleaming before he flipped it back down, the light turning green. "And off we go," The man noted, taking the exit before leaning forward, making sure she did as well before speeding onto the interstate. |

Aurora tightened her arms around his waist just a little, more out of instinct than fear, and let out a breathy laugh that the wind immediately stole away. “Alright, alright, Backpacking 101, I got it,” she called over the engine, leaning forward when he did. “Trust me, I’m very motivated to keep my face in its original, non‑pancake form.” |

Monty chuckled, hearing her voice come over the radio he'd installed in his helmets, having them all sync'd up in case of a moment such as this one. "Glad you do, though if we do wreck I can be assured i'm in safe hands, medic." He mused, staying quiet the rest of the ride. Eventually they arrived at the lake, the sunset glistening off the water as he parked, turning off the ignition as he helped her off, kicking the stand down before getting off, pulling his helmet off as well. He took hers and hung them both on the handlebars, smiling slightly. |

i take my over-clothes covering my bathing suit off, stepping my feet into the water " lukewarm." i go in farther, dunking my head completely under before returning up. |

He grinned, pulling his shirt off before running off the dock, diving in head first beside her, popping back up and keeping the grin. "Had to test it myself." |

" your so stupid," i laugh, splashing water towards him. |

He blinked, slowly turning towards her with his hands cupped. "Are you sure, you want to splash me?" Monty asked, cocking his head to the side before splashing a huge wave of water at her, laughing. |

" HEY! " i clean the water off my eyes, laughing. " i'll beat you too the dock!" i began swimming, |

I dived after her, easily catching up before grinning, continuing on. My hand grabbed the dock, looking back at her. "Yikes. . . looks like that plan failed." |

" your a cheater, you have longer legs then i do !" she complained, pulling herself onto the dock, she gazed at his smile, " you look handsome when you smile." |
